<h1>

As a programmer, do you want to struggle with tempting challenges?</h1>

<p>

There are no rank-and-file programmers in ASSIST. With our unconventional approach to putting together gifted teams with expert knowledge tests, you'll no longer be able to date meaningless pieces of code. You will create complex programs as a whole.
From A to Z.</p>

<p>

ASSIST is a world of endless possibilities
and opportunities</p>

<p>

We connect you with interesting companies and simplify the complex network of opportunities for you and your colleagues. Our self-education system will open doors to the world — both literally and figuratively.</p>

<p>

If you’re interested, you can take our custom-designed skills assessment. It helps us understand where you’d feel most at home within our team. In fact, it serves as an ASSIST Certificate — a recognition of your knowledge and capabilities.</p>

<p>

And that’s exactly how we’re able to assemble incredibly specialized teams tailored to the specific needs of each project.</p>

<h2>We have been creating ASSIST's corporate culture together for many years. And now you can too!</h2>

<p>At ASSIST, we believe the best work happens when people feel truly comfortable. That’s why we keep things simple — no unnecessary rules, no rigid structures. Just real teamwork, shared know-how, and a drive to keep moving forward.We build on stability, because we know that trust comes from quality work and honest communication. And here, everyone has room to grow — professionally and personally.Most of all, we mean it when we say we value a human approach. At ASSIST, you’re not just another cog in the system — you’re a true partner on the journey.</p>

No dress code

We don’t believe in strict dress codes — just come as you are and feel comfortable at work!

Friendly atmosphere

Respect runs through every level of our company — no matter the role or title. For us, humor, insight, and mutual support matter just as much as clean, well-written code.

Onsite/Remotely

If you prefer working on-site, the door’s open. If not, you’re free to work from home — or anywhere that suits you best.

Dominika Strestikova

Your ASSIST guide

<p> I have been working at ASSIST for over 11 years and have worked through a variety of roles — from marketing to branding. Today I am the first person you will meet after boarding. I make sure every new team member has everything they need — from a properly set up computer to feeling like they're not alone. I set up approaches, I explain the systems, but I mainly act here as a support when someone needs advice or just a chat.

I was brought to ASSIST by chance, but I stayed because I have a great team and a company that really gives people room to grow. If you're going to join us, I believe you'll enjoy it here. </p>
Eva Mashkova

HR Manager

<p>I started working with ASSIST as an external translator in the 1990s and became a full-time part of the team since 2013. I am in charge of recruitment — I search and contact candidates, organize interviews, manage the internal HR system and work with colleagues on technical rounds. I also participate in organizing corporate events and internal HR activities of the IT team.

What I enjoy most about my job is when I manage to find a great colleague who is happy with us. I am also pleased to be able to work with impeccable colleagues at the headquarters, whom I have known for many years. What would I say to applicants? Be sure to get in touch, I would love to meet you for an interview! </p>

You will not be outnumbered, we will allow you to show your potential and grow alongside professional programmers. And if that's not enough for you, you can learn to work with new technologies and gain an absolutely unique competitive advantage with us. If even this is not enough and you want more, you can become a mentor and leader and improve your soft skills.</p>

Barbora Kalendova

junior developer

I am a Junior Developer and I jumped into the world of technology in 2019. Today I am part of the Green Team, where I focus on AS/400 and decommissioning old applications. Every new task is a challenge for me that moves me on — and that's what I enjoy working at ASSIST! Plus, working part time gives me a great balance between my personal and work life. What would I say to applicants? Be sure to try it! There are some great people here who are happy to help.

Anastasia Bortnikova

project manager

As a project manager at ASSIST for 5 years, I have been managing projects that I enjoy and constantly move me. I started out as a coordinator, now I'm in a position where I lead a great team of developers and analysts and make sure projects run smoothly. What really excites me about the job? When all the parts come together to create something that makes sense — a functional and innovative solution with the whole team involved. The diversity of our work constantly gives me new energy.

Hynek Černý

lead developer

I am now in my eighth year at ASSIST and lead the BI team, with some of my time also devoting to DevOps. My domain? Databases and data transformations. In the morning I solve routine tasks that are waiting for automation, then a block of meetings comes and in the afternoon I can fully immerse myself in the development. My days are often diversified by educational or project meetings with clients. I enjoy the fact that work never slips into a routine and I'm not bored -- I'm constantly learning something new while passing on the experience to more junior colleagues.

Dan Bedricek

frontend developer

I joined ASSIST four years ago. I started with databases, but over time I moved to the frontend — today I design and develop user interfaces that are both functional and visually enhanced. I enjoy looking for solutions where the assignment is not yet completely clear. Thanks to this, I have the space to influence the final form of the applications — and when the client appreciates my idea, it feels the best. My message to applicants? If you want to grow, create something and be among good people, ASSIST is the place for you.
