<h2>Where will you be
work?</h2>
Our IT team works in the new premises of the IBC building in Florence. We currently operate in a combined on-site/home office mode and try to have individual project teams meet at IBC at least once a week. In addition to the main office, IBC also has meeting rooms and a separate kitchen with the possibility of small snacks, a coffee machine (they can make really good coffee!).

We actively participate in the definition and creation of individual functionalities of the application, thereby helping to create an application that uses modern technologies and procedures.
We provide maintenance and support
After the application is deployed, we also take care of it. We can help the client with problems and long-term maintenance of the application.
We test and ensure quality
We adapt the test environment to the client's requirements and take care of the high quality of the application.
We monitor in real time
We quickly detect and solve problems in the production environment. We communicate without unnecessary delays, so everything is fast and clear.
ARDS
The ARDS team is behind the development of a portal that helps service consultants in the European dealer network effectively manage the entire aftersales process — from meeting appointments, capacity management and customer communication to vehicle returns. Our goal is to simplify and digitize service operations to make them faster, clearer and more efficient.We run the application in the AWS cloud using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and Angular, while architecturally moving towards CQRS and DDD using the AXON Framework. Stability and performance are monitored by SRE monitoring.
We rely on scalability, security and adaptation of the architecture to the specific needs of the client. Thanks to an agile approach, we deliver software in regular sprint cycles and respond flexibly to new requirements. We support new team members with onboarding and mentoring so that they can get involved as quickly as possible and can contribute to the further development of our solutions.
One Portal
The One Portal team is involved in the development and management of an application that helps clients effectively manage their processes using modern technologies. In addition to development, we provide maintenance, support and testing to keep the application stable, safe and compliant with the latest standards.
Performance and trouble-free operation are ensured by our SRE team, which monitors the application in real time and enables rapid detection and resolution of problems in the production environment.
We are an integrated part of client teams, which means direct communication, quick responses and accountability for results. Each of us takes responsibility for our work and together we move the application and ourselves forward.
