If you are our customer, we process your data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a contract or processing your order (providing training or other services, invoicing, complaints), based on the legal basis of the performance of the contract. We obtain personal data mainly directly from you (by filling in the form, sending an order) and also from public sources (e.g. the Commercial Register, ARES — especially to verify the correctness of the personal data already processed). For the above purposes, we process the following personal data:
- name, surname, title
- contact details (phone, email, address)
- name, registered office, registration number, TIN of the company
- position in the company
- Services provided and their price

We may also use your data to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events or services we provide that we believe may be relevant to you. The legal title for this processing is our legitimate interest. We may also send commercial communications to potential customers who have given us their consent. The granting of such consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary and does not condition any other performance on our part.
You can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time, and such refusal will have no effect on our other relationships. Simply click on the unsubscribe link in the commercial communication or send us an email with the relevant request at assist@assist.cz or to another address from which you received commercial communications from us.
How long will we process them
We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with a service or perform a mutual contract, as well as for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under the applicable legislation (the retention period of your personal data is determined in particular by the Civil Code regulating the limitation periods, as well as accounting regulations, tax regulations, etc.) and for the period strictly necessary in case we have to present evidence in court administrative or administrative proceedings.
For processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, we retain data for as long as the purpose of processing exists or until you object to the processing. If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, we process your personal data for the duration of the consent or until its withdrawal.
What data we process and why
If you are our supplier, we process your data in order to carry out the measures taken before the conclusion of the contract, the conclusion and performance of the contract or the execution of our order, based on the legal basis of the performance of the contract. For the above purposes, we process the following personal data:
- name, surname, title
- contact details (phone, email, address)
- name, registered office, registration number, TIN of the company
- position in the company
- the products and services provided and their price
- communication with each other (especially e-mail, telephone, chat/video call)
- billing information (bank connection, payment details)
The provision of personal data for the purpose of performance of the contract is our contractual requirement and it is impossible to conclude a contract without it.
In the case of selected service providers, we also process the above personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in order to arrange business cooperation in the future.
How long will we process them
We will process your personal data for as long as you provide us with products or services or perform a mutual contract, as well as for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable law (the retention period of your personal data is determined in particular by the Civil Code governing limitation periods, as well as accounting regulations, tax regulations, etc.) and for the period strictly necessary in case we have to provide evidence in judicial or administrative proceedings.
For processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, we retain data for as long as the purpose of processing exists or until you object to the processing.

The legal title for this processing is the act leading to the conclusion of the contract. We collect personal data directly from you or from public sources (e.g. information from social networks and the Internet that you have placed there yourself). Furthermore, we may obtain personal data from recruitment agencies or from the person who referred you.
The CVs contain information, the extent of which we are unable to influence. Therefore, it is not possible to list exactly all the personal data that comes to us. As a rule, however, these are the following personal data:

- applicant's requirements for position, time, form of cooperation, salary, etc.
- information provided by reference persons
- communication with each other (in particular e-mail, telephone, video call)
- other information provided by the applicant in the CV and during the selection process
If you give us your consent to do so, we may retain your personal data beyond the relevant selection process so that we can contact you with similar job offers that we will open later and which we believe may be of interest to you. The granting of such consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary and does not condition any other performance on our part.
How long will we process them
We will process and store personal data collected in connection with the selection process for the duration of the selection process and for 1 year in order to demonstrate non-discriminatory conduct and a fair and transparent process of the selection process.
