<h2>Where will you be
work?</h2>
Our IT team works in the new premises of the IBC building in Florence. We currently operate in a combined on-site/home office mode and try to have individual project teams meet at IBC at least once a week. In addition to the main office, IBC also has meeting rooms and a separate kitchen with the possibility of small snacks, a coffee machine (they can make really good coffee!).

DVME Team
The Bonus Management Digitization Team is at the heart of innovations that are changing the way the automotive industry manages bonuses and costs. We develop modern applications that allow dealers to efficiently manage events, campaigns and online reporting. Whether it's new cars, fleet customers, or replacement parts, our solutions are across Europe and continue to grow into a comprehensive platform that facilitates everyday operations.
Our app is a key tool for Assist's most important customer. It plays a vital role in managing the cost of bonuses — from orders and sales of cars to their eventual display as demo cars, to bonuses for buying used cars on account.

Data BI Team
The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team focuses on supporting the dealer network and brand representation in Europe. We use advanced analytical methods to provide a clear overview of sales, marketing and after-sales services. We help identify market strengths and weaknesses and work with local teams to improve performance and profitability.
Thanks to detailed real-time monitoring of key indicators, we can quickly detect problems and design effective solutions that optimize the product range, inventory or sales process. Our predictive analytics help better plan marketing activities and support data-driven decision-making.
