The solution was designed to simplify operations and increase customer satisfaction, allowing dealers to easily sell both original parts and third party parts. At the same time, it provides all the necessary information and documentation for servicing each vehicle.

Thanks to the possibility of searching vehicles using VIN or RZ, the platform allows you to easily identify the necessary parts and actions for the customer's car. The project provides significant improvements in the speed and accuracy of customer clearance and eliminates the need to use several different applications for service operation.

Using Axon server technology, communication between services (designed in accordance with DDD, Java Spring framework) was ensured in the CQRS architecture. Another solution was to communicate FE applications (React) and BE applications using websockets, integrating third-party systems through REST APIs, or websocket. Monitoring of the application takes place with the help of Grafana dashboard. Everything was deployed through the AWS cloud provider. Optimization of the system was based on data from metrics and user feedback.
